Patient had a history of two breast augmentations using 360cc Allergan silicone implants, 20 years ago and 10 years ago, under the muscle, through circumvertical (lollipop) incisions. She was concerned about breast asymmetry, hypertrophy and back discomfort after her breast lift/augmentation. She also said that the top of the right areola was sometimes visible above her bra line because her previous She wanted to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. She chose Dr. Gregory Park to perform her Explant, En Bloc Capsulectomy, and Revision Breast Lift. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is now very happy with the improved symmetric appearance and smaller breast size after the revision breast lift, implant removal and capsulectomy. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
