Doctor’s Comments
Patient was concerned about breast implant illness symptoms. She complained of chronic fatigue and thinning hair. Patient had a history of a breast augmentation using McGhan silicone implants, placed 14 years prior by another plastic surgeon in Mexico, above the muscle through inframammary fold incisions. Size of the implants were 320cc’s. Bra size was 38DD. She was concerned that her implants were causing breast implant illness. She underwent breast surgery with Dr. Park who performed a total capsulectomy, removal of her implants and breast lift using wise pattern/anchor type of incisions. She reported resolution of her symptoms and was very happy with the appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
