This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 280 cc silicone breast implants and a breast lift in Colombia about 14 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast lift and explant. The patient also did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery. She felt that her breasts were too large and got in the way when she exercised. She wanted to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
