This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 350 cc saline implants and a donut breast lift by another plastic surgeon about 13 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her explant and revision breast lift. Her previous surgery resulted in asymmetric breasts and persistent sagging. The patient reported that she did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and had developed back pain because of the size of her breasts. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
