This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 350 cc silicone implants and a lollipop mastopexy or breast lift in Mexico about 12 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast lift. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were saggy and too large. She wanted Dr. Park to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
