Doctor’s Comments
This patient had a history of a breast augmentation using Mentor saline implants with a right donut lift in North Carolina 14 years prior to meeting Dr. Gregory Park. The implants were placed under the muscle, through inframammary incisions. The size of the implants were 375 cc on the right and 425 cc on the left. Patient was concerned about breast asymmetry before and after her breast augmentation/lift. She reported lateral displacement of her implant in the left breast when supine. She disliked the position and size asymmetry between her areolae, and felt that her breasts were too large. This patient chose Dr. Park to perform her revision breast augmentation and right breast lift. Her saline implants were removed and replaced with smaller 250cc silicone implants and the right breast was re-lifted using a wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. Her pockets were also repaired so the the implants no longer fell out to the sides when she laid on her back. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and augmentation. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
