This patient had a history of breast augmentation by a plastic surgeon in Mexico using silicone implants placed under the muscle through inframammary incisions, 8 years prior to meeting Dr. Park. Size of the implants were around 240cc. After her first breast augmentation she said that her breasts were uneven and her implants always sat too high. She wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts so she consulted with Dr. Gregory Park who recommended revising her pockets by creating neo sub-pectoralis split muscle pockets and replacing her old implants with 250cc Mentor MemoryGel high profile silicone implants. After breast augmentation the shape of her breasts were improved and her bra size remained about a 34C . Her before and after photos show her results at 5 months.
