This patient had undergone a breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon in Northern California using different sized implants placed above the muscles through areolar incisions. She was not happy than her breasts were still different size (right larger than left). She also reported that her breasts felt somewhat hard. She wanted to exchange her implants with silicone to improve her size asymmetry and softness. She chose Dr. Park to revise her breast augmentation. She underwent total capsulectomies with placement of Mentor MemoryGel BOOST gummy bear silicone implants. New Mentor Smooth Moderate Plus silicone breast implants were placed above the pectoralis muscle, 32occ on the left and 340cc on the right. After breast augmentation this patient was happy that her breasts were softer and more volume symmetric. Before and after photos show her results at 4 months.
