This patient had a history of breast augmentation using silicone implants 30 years prior to meeting Dr. Gregory Park. She had been living with her breast deformity for many years and finally decided to undergo revision augmentation surgery to improve the appearance of her breasts. After discussing the options for surgery with Dr. Park, the patient decided to remove her ruptured silicone implants and exchange them for Allergan 410 Anatomic Silicone implants. Revision breast surgery consisted of right and left total capsulectomy (removal of scar tissue), removal of ruptured silicone implants, and replacement with anatomic silicone “Gummy Bear” implants. 6 months after the surgery, the patient is very happy with her results.
