This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 425 cc saline implants 10 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her breast lift and revision breast augmentation. The patient had chronic back pain and felt that her breasts were too large and saggy. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have them replaced with smaller silicone implants, and have her breasts lifted. Her saline implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. Mentor MemoryGel round silicone implants were used to replace her silicone implants. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the implant removal, revision breast augmentation and breast lift. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
