This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 400 cc saline implants by another plastic surgeon about 15 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her explant and breast lift. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts as she got older, and felt that her breasts were too large, saggy, and rippled. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Prior to her explant and lift she had her implants deflated by Dr. Park in his office. Her implants were removed during surgery and her breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the implant removal and breast lift. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
