This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 325+ cc saline implants and a breast lift by another plastic surgeon about 12 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast lift and explant (implant removal). She did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were too heavy and large (32F). She also felt tired all the time, had chronic right arm and bilateral breast pain. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 6 months after her surgery.
