This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 600+ cc saline implants and a breast lift in the Midwest about 8 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast lift. Her previous surgery resulted in asymmetric breasts and chronic back pain. The patient also did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were too large. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants, replace them with smaller silicone implants, and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and revision breast augmentation. Her before and after photos show her results 11 months after her surgery.
