This patient had concerns about the appearance of her breasts after undergoing a gastric sleeve surgery and losing over 150 lbs. As a result of her weight loss, she developed deflation and sagging in her breasts. She was not interested in increasing the size of her breasts with breast implants. She just wanted to have her breasts lifted. After discussing options for the improvement in the shape of the breasts, the patient agreed with Dr. Park’s recommendation for a breast lift using anchor incisions. Her before and after photos show her 3 month postoperative results. Of note, the patient also underwent an extended incision arm lift at the time of her breast lift surgery.
