This patient had undergone a circumvertical or lollipop breast reduction at the age of 18 by a Kaiser plastic surgeon in San Diego. The patient reported that her breasts were still too large after surgery. She continued to have chronic back and shoulder pain and did not like the appearance of her breasts. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park, who recommended revision breast reduction surgery. Her breasts were reduced and lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast reduction. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
