My patient had constant back and shoulder pain because of the weight of her large, heavy breasts. She was very happy with her decision to undergo surgery to reduce her breast size. 940 grams from the right and 850 grams were reduced from the left breast at the time of breast reduction surgery. Her pain resolved and her bra size decreased from 34G to 34D after surgery. Before and after photos show her breast reduction results 3 months after surgery.
