This patient reported that her breasts felt bottom heavy and appeared saggy after nursing her children. She was wa interested in a small reduction and lift. Dr. Park performed a breast reduction and lift surgery to improve her breast shape and slightly decrease her breast size. Her bra size after her breast reduction was about the same size – 34C/D. Her breasts were reduced by 90 grams in the right breast and 94 grams from the left breast. After surgery she was happy to report that her bras fit better and she no longer felt that her breasts looked and felt heavy. Her breast reduction photos show her 4 month postoperative results.
