My patient presented with concerns about her breast shape and size asymmetry. A reduction mammoplasty removed 630 grams from the right and 823 grams from the left breast, improving the shape and volume symmetry of her breasts. Her bra size was reduced from 36DDD to 38C after her breast reduction.
