My patient wanted to reduce her breast size and improve her breast shape and volume asymmetry. A breast reduction was performed with removal of 374 grams from the right and 414 grams from the left breast. After surgery her shape and volume symmetry was improved, and her bra decreased from 36DD to 36C.
