This patient reported that her breasts were large and heavy causing chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. She underwent breast reduction surgery to improve her breast shape and decrease her breast size. My patient went from wearing a 38DD bra to a 38C after her breast reduction. Her breasts were reduced by 643 grams in the right breast and 656 grams from the left breast. After surgery she was happy to report that her bras fit better and she no longer felt that her breasts looked and felt heavy. Her breast reduction photos show her 3 month postoperative results.
