This patient had concerns about the fullness or bags in his lower eyelids. He stated that he felt as though his eyes made him appear tired all the time despite getting plenty of rest. He consulted with Dr. Park who recommended removal of excess fat in the lower eyelids to reduce the fullness. The surgery was performed through incisions inside the lower eyelid (transconjunctival blepharoplasty) so there are no external scars. His friends and family notice a big difference in his lower eyelids and he is very happy with his results.
