This patient disliked the extra skin in the upper and lower eyelids and puffiness in the lower eyelids. She underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She had excess skin removed from the upper and lower eyelids, and a portion of fat removed from the lower eyelids. The before and after photos show the patient’s 2 month postoperative results
