This patient did not like the appearance of his nasal profile because of the prominence along the bridge of his nose. He also reported difficulty breathing through his nose. He underwent a septoplasty which straightened the septum improving his nasal airflow. He also underwent a rhinoplasty which reduced the hump on the nose achieving his goal for a straighter profile. The before and after photos show his results 2 months after his nasal surgery.
