This patient did not like the appearance of his nasal profile because of the large hump along the bridge of his nose. He also wanted to improve his droopy tip. He underwent an open rhinoplasty which reduced the hump on the nose achieving his goal for a straighter profile. His tip was also slightly rotated up to improved the sagging tip. His before and after photos show his results 3 months after his nasal surgery.
