This patient had lost about 150 lbs after undergoing a gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight. As a result of her weight loss her arms developed severe skin laxity. After consulting with Dr. Park about the options for improving the appearance of her loose upper arm skin. This patient decided to undergo an extended arm lift or brachioplasty surgery. Her before and after photos show her 3 month results.
