This patient had undergone a breast reduction in the past by another surgeon. Her breasts had become larger and heavy again in time. She also desired improvement in the scars around her areolae. After discussing the options to undergo a secondary breast reduction, I recommended liposuction with scar revision as the safest means to provide a revision reduction. She agreed and was happy with her decision and results.
