This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen after delivering twins. Due to the severe laxity of her abdominal muscles it was difficult to do abdominal core exercises. As a result, she could not improve the protuberance in her abdomen even when contracting her abdomen. The patient also reports chronic back pain due to poor core strength. After her tummy tuck she was able to strengthen her abdominal muscles which improved her back pain. Her before and after photos show her results after 1 year.
