This patient wanted a modest increase in breast size with her augmentation surgery. Her goal was to achieve more upper pole fullness without having to wear a push up bra. Mentor MemoryGel Moderate Plus Siltex Textured Round breast implants were placed in this patient by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast enhancement surgery. 250cc breast implants were placed in subfascial (on top of muscle) pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size increased from 34D to 34DD. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 3 months after her surgery.
