This patient reported that she lost volume from breast feeding her children. She consulted with Dr. Greg Park to provide advice about improving her breast shape and volume. She wanted to achieve as natural a result as possible without becoming excessively large. Mentor Memory Shape Gummy Bear Anatomic (tear drop) shaped silicone implants were selected for this breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Park placed 245cc medium height moderate shaped breast implants under the pectoralis muscle in Multiplane (dual plane split muscle) pockets to minimize any issues with muscle flex deformities. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 32B to 32D. The before and after photos show this patient’s 3 month postop results.
