This patient was concerned about her deflated asymmetric breasts after having 2 children. 275cc silicone implants were placed through inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34B to 34D. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 3 months after her surgery.
