Ideal 240 saline breast implants filled to a final volume of 240 cc were placed through inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 32B to 32C/D. She is very happy with her results. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 1 year after her surgery.
