Doctor’s Comments: This patient discussed concerns about her breast asymmetry with Dr. Gregory Park. She said that her right breast was a cup size larger than her left making it difficult to find bras that fit well. Different options to create better breast symmetry were discussed including, reduction of the larger breast, breast augmentation to the smaller breast, or breast augmentation for both breasts using different sized implants.

The patient decided to undergo bilateral breast augmentation using different sized round Mentor MemoryGel BOOST Gummy Bear silicone implants. A Moderate Plus 265cc Mentor MemoryGel BOOST was used on the Right and a High Profile BOOST 370 cc was used on the Left. The left inframammary fold was also lowered to ensure better breast shape symmetry. Both implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles in dual plane split muscle pockets. The patient has a very active lifestyle as a trainer and reported no issues with animation deformity or functional deficiency of her pectoralis muscles when working out. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 32C/B to 34D. Her before and after photos show her 5 month before and after results.
