Ideal Saline Breast Implants were used by Dr. Gregory Park, Oceanside plastic surgeon, for this breast augmentation surgery. The patient was concerned about her breast size and shape. On examination, she was found to have constricted breasts, which is a variant of tuberous breasts. Ideal 340 saline breast implants filled to 340 cc were placed through inframammary incisions in dual plane split submuscular pockets increasing this patient’s bra size from 34B to 34D/DD. The inframammary folds were lowered in this patient to address her breast constriction. She has no problems with animation deformity. She is very happy with her results. Her before and after photos show her breast augmentation results 4 months after her surgery.
