The inframammary folds were lowered to address her breast constriction and ensure better breast shape. The implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles in dual plane split muscle pockets. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was increased from 32A to 32B/C. Her before and after photos show her 4 month before and after results.
