Doctor’s Comments
This patient presented with concerns about her large heavy breasts and back pain. Bra size was 34DDD. She had a history of breast augmentation about 20 years ago using 500+ cc saline implants. She felt that her implants were causing the back pain. So, she chose to undergo explant of her implants and breast lift. She underwent surgery with Dr. Park who removed her implants and performed a breast lift using wise pattern/anchor type of incisions. She reported resolution of her pain and was very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after surgery. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
