Breast Surgery
Procedure Type: Total EnBloc Capsulectomy, Breast Implant Removal, and Breast Lift.
Pre-Op Cup Size: 34DD.
Post-Op Cup Size: 34C.
Doctor’s Comments
Patient was concerned about breast implant illness symptoms. She complained of chronic fatigue, brain fog, intermittent left breast pain, Depression/Anxiety. Patient had a history of breast augmentation using Allergan 20-425 smooth round silicone implants, placed 14 years prior to meeting Dr. Park, under the muscle, through periareolar incisions. Size of the implants were 425 cc. Bra size with implants were 34DD. Size prior to surgery was 34C/D. She consulted with Dr. Park to undergo total capsulectomy and implant removal (en bloc) and breast lift. 3 months follow up after Explant, Total Capsulectomy (En Bloc) and Breast Lift, she is very happy with her results. The patient reports that BII symptoms were much better. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after her surgery.
