Doctor’s Comments:
Patient has a history of breast augmentation using 390cc silicone implants by another San Diego area plastic surgeon. The implants were placed under the muscle through periareolar incision. Patient presented with concerns about rippling, low nipple position, stretch marks and animation deformity. She reported that she was very active with yoga and pilates and was embarrassed with the flexion deformities in her chest when doing certain exercises. Her bra size with her implants was 32D. She reported that she could not wear fitted bras. She always wore sports bras. She also complained of occasional arm numbness when doing various activities. She had her implants removed by Dr. Greg Park and was happy with her decision to explant. Her postoperative bra size was a 32B/C bra. Her before and after photos show her results 3 months after removal of her implants.
