This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 500cc silicone implants about 10 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast surgery. The patient felt that her breasts were saggy, asymmetric and too large. She also felt that her breast implants were contributing to her migraine headaches, dizziness, and chronic neck pain. She wanted to remove her silicone breast implants, along with the capsules, and have her breasts lifted. Her implants were removed with En Bloc capsulectomies and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift, implant removal and total capsulectomies. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
