This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 300 cc saline implants by another plastic surgeon over 20 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her explant and breast lift. Over the years, the patient reported that her breasts progressively enlarged. She said that she did not like the appearance of her sagging breasts and had developed back pain because of the size of her breasts. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have her breasts lifted. Her implants were removed and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 4 months after her surgery.
