This patient had undergone subglandular breast augmentation with silicone implants over 30 years ago. Over the years she developed painful grade 4 capsular contractures in both breasts. She underwent removal of her implants and scar tissue (total capsulectomy) with placement of new textured round silicone implants. She is very happy with her results 1 year after her revision breast augmentation.
