This patient had breast augmentation using 275cc saline implants placed by another surgeon several years ago. She wanted an increase in the size of her breasts. She had her old implants removed through a periareolar incision. Her new larger Allergan Natrelle saline implants were placed in her breast pockets giving the patient a size that met her goals and expectations.
