This patient had silicone implants placed many years ago by another plastic surgeon. The right breast developed a shape deformity due to capsular contracture. The left breast developed malposition of the left implant by dropping below her native inframammary fold. She was unhappy with the shapes of her breasts. Revision augmentation was performed by total capsulectomy in the right breast pocket and inframammary fold repair by capsulorrhaphy in the left breast pocket. Both breast received new silicone gel implants. The patient was very pleased with the improvement in the shapes of her breasts.
