This patient had undergone a breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon in a different state using saline implants placed under the muscles through inframammary incisions. Her right implant ruptured and deflated. She also was not happy with the appearance of her breasts. She did not like the crease or double bubble at the bottom of her breasts. She consulted with Dr. Gregory Park and underwent revision breast augmentation using Allergan Style 68 Saline breast implants. After breast augmentation this patient’s bra size was the same as her preoperative size, 36D. She is happy with the improved appearance of her breasts. Her before and after photos show her results at 3 months.
