This patient had silicone breast implants and decided that she no longer wanted the breast implants. She reported that they felt heavy and got in the way of working out. She also complained of double bubble deformities especially when she raised her arms. After the removal of her implants, her breasts returned to her pre-augmentation size and shape. She was also able to work out again without the feeling of heaviness in her chest.
