This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 375 cc moderate plus silicone implants and a lollipop mastopexy or breast lift by another plastic surgery about 7 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast lift and explant. The patient did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were saggy and too large. She also reported chronic back and shoulder pain headaches, and poor posture. She wanted Dr. Park to remove her silicone breast implants and have her breasts re-lifted. Her implants were removed with total en bloc capsulectomy, and breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. Her symptoms resolved and she was very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the revision breast lift and implant removal. Her before and after photos show her results 3 1/2 months after her surgery.
