This patient consulted with Oceanside plastic surgeon, Dr. Gregory Park, to reduce the size of her breasts. She discussed her concerns about her chronic neck, shoulder, and back discomfort which made her job as a health care provider painful and difficult. She also reported that her breast sizes were uneven. She underwent a breast reduction with removal of 426 grams from the right breast and 575 grams from the left breast. The surgery reduced her bra size from 40DD to 38C and eliminated her upper body pain. After surgery the patient is very happy with her new more symmetric sized and lifted breasts.
