This patient had undergone a breast augmentation using 700 cc saline implants in another town about 9 years prior to choosing Dr. Gregory Park to perform her revision breast surgery. She reported chronic back and shoulder pain due to the size of her breasts, 38G/H. The patient also did not like the appearance of her breasts after surgery and felt that her breasts were too large. She wanted to remove her saline breast implants and have a total capsulectomy. She also wanted to have her breasts lifted. Her implants and capsules were removed and the breasts were lifted using wise pattern or anchor type of incisions. She is very happy with the improved appearance and size of her breasts after the breast lift and implant removal. She reports that her back and shoulder pain resolved after reducing the size of her breasts to a 38DD. Her before and after photos show her results 2 1/2 months after her surgery.
