This patient wanted to find a solution for her severe facial asymmetry from Romberg Syndrome. She had tried fillers in the past, but this only offered a suboptimal and temporary solution. She had had a cheek implant placed on the right cheek by another surgeon, but this became infected and displaced and had to be removed. She was offered Autologous Fat Transfer or Facial Lipofilling and was happy with her improved appearance and volume in her cheeks.
