This patient consulted with Dr. Gregory Park to address the loss of volume in her cheeks. She did not want to use fillers which would require injections on a yearly basis. She also was not interested in a face or neck lift due to scars. She was interested in a natural approach for the improvement of volume in her face using her own fat. She discussed her options with Dr. Gregory Park and decided to undergo facial fat transfer to the cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips and chin. Her before and after photos show her results at 1 year. Of note, this patient also underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery at the time of her facial fat grafting.
