This patient was interested in a natural option to increase her breast size. She underwent lipoharvest of fat from her body and lipofilling or autologous fat transfer to her breasts. She had 300cc of fat placed in her right breast and 320cc placed in her left breast. She was happy with the improvements in her breast size as well as the improved contour of her thighs.
